Looks like the real estate market is finally turning around with new construction sales on the rise. My clients are thrilled of the increase of activity and closed on their property recently after being on the market for over six years. It is exciting to be a part of this new chapter in their lives.
Below is some interesting information I found on

The Boise Idaho Real Estate Market consists of many moving parts from new construction to investors and first time home buyers to people builder million dollar luxury homes in Eagle and in remote areas near the Snake River. For two years now, Boise has seen demand increasing. The low inventory of homes has driven prices upward which has ripple effects outward to Canyon County and other surrounding areas. For the first time since the demand moved upward, inventory levels are also moving upward. While the Boise area continues to be a seller's market, additional new homes are coming to market as well as building lots which should help stabilize prices. Ada County reported about 20 new plats in June that will bring over 350 new building lots. Additionally, expect to see at least three new communities start selling homes and building lots this Fall.
